USMC OIF/OEF Veterans of The Fight Continues, spoke at TCC South Campus in Fort Worth, last weekend. The topics will include PTSD, TBI, survivors guilt, drug abuse/awareness, alcohol abuse/awareness, relationships post war, suicide and more. On Veterans Day (November 11, 2013), a group of disabled and able-bodied military veterans and civilians will make a bid for the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro (5,895m). K2 Adventures Foundation will put together a diverse team of military veterans, active-duty soldiers and civilians to tackle Africa’s highest peak in celebration of those who have served and those who continue to serve.
